In case anyone else was curious. This is Illumina's ΦX174 reference library ("PhiX Sequencing Control V3", p/n FC-110-3001, allegedly 10 nM), undiluted. As you can see, it's fairly high-MW (460 bp), so smaller libraries might cluster preferentially, and it's actually 8 nM.
