I am looking for a facility, preferably in the US, that can work with us to make an optical map of a gastropod genome.
Nothing has been done like this before, but we have a lot of short and long read sequence to find markers and access to high-molecular weight DNA. All we need is a place to do the mapping with us, something our local core-facility doesn't offer.
We have the funding we just need a place and people with enough expertise to work with something new.
