Alternative splicing summary from Cuffdiff output
Hello everyone,
I want to get a kind of summarized results for all the Alternative splicing events from the Cuffdiff output,
like, sample 1 = 1030 IR events, 1200 ES events
sample 2 = 2010 IR events, 1091 ES events etc (just an example).
Is there any tool that can easily (as I am not a Bioinformatician) read the cuffdiff output and summarize all the results in a simple way. Thanks in advance
