working as pathologist in cancer center.
we start using Miseq in clinical practice and i am interested in bioinformatics and genomics any advice or guidance from where to start learning bioinformatics will be appreciated.

HI Dryazan, I'm doing intermediate level bioinformatics, best advice, dive in. Let the problems you face lead you to seek out answers, in the process you get to learn all you need. It would also help to seek out a community near you that is involved in the analysis you do.
