Searching for databases and repositories for AML rna seq data
I am looking Rna seq data of AML patients. i have tried GDC portal and i only found data on only around 300 patients can someone suggest other databases or repositories that would give data on AML patients like the GDC portal?

Find the detailed description of their RNAseq experimental & data analysis protocol.
Search for some recent papers on amyloid leukemia, where they had submitted the RNAseq data to the SRA and have a look at NCBI's SRA and EBI's ENA. -

Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.07-01-2026, 11:43 AM
