About new starter pack log in ID

Hi,all

We've already bought the new starter pack of the oxford nanopore, but cannot find the nanopore community log in ID from what we've got. we already searched all packages, but got nothing. Could anyone tell me which part we've missed? How can we find out the log in ID and password to download the software?

Someone in your organisation must have registered with Nanopore before they could purchase the MinION and flow cells. They will be able to add members to the existing team, and that will allow them to sign in to the nanoporetech.com web site and download the software needed.

Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.
