    12 mer for Miseq custom sequencing primer

    Hi~
    Does anyone had read the article below?

    According to the Material and Methods (attachment), they wanted to use stagger strategy from (Tremblay et al., 2015) but the PAD region has only 12bp, I used custom Index primer and custom R2 sequencing primer based on PAD sequence for a Miseq sequencing run but got a fail run when index run had started. I think the 12mer Index primer might be the problem. Here's me custom primer

    Can anyone help me for this issue?
