CGHcall analysis on tetraploid samples: single deletion = 1 or 2 copies loss?

    Hi all,

I'm using QDNAseq package for chromosomal aberrations analysis and then CGHcall for bins calling. I have samples with different ploidy so I run CGHcall separately on group of samples which are tetraploid. I know for diploid sample, single deletion is 1 copy loss - just wondering for a tetraploid sample, when single deletion is called - does it still mean 1 copy loss or 2 copies loss instead in tetraploid sample?

    Many thanks,
    Eve
