Hello. I am using the Thermo Scientific™ MuSeek Library Preparation Kit for Ion Torrent™ and I have performed fragmentation, purification and adaptor+barcode ligation. Can I store the barcoded, amplified library in the fridge for a few days before performing the size selection? Or is there a better safe stopping point? Thanks

Not familiar with this kit, however, I would expect that a few days in the fridge will be fine. Is this suspended in TE, as this will also reduce dnase activity. -
Post ligation is ok to stop at. I'd recommend finishing up size selection then storing the library, but you'll be fine after the ligation step.Comment
