I am planning to use 10xGenomics for a marine species. I wonder whether anyone has already experience using high salt buffers in this platform. The salinity that I need for my cells is about 37 ppt (56 mS/cm), which is much higher than that of the recommended buffer for the 10xGenomics platform.
