We're starting up a viral transcriptomics project (negative RNA viruses grown in HUVECS) with the intent of Illumina RNAseq analysis. Does anyone have a suggested sample prep protocol? I'm particularly looking for preferred RNA extraction and pre-Illumina-kit methods. Thanks in advance!
