ngs mapping algorithms review

hey there,

sorry if i am wrong here but i mentioned it will never fit very well anywhere else.

But, i am looking for an review about mapping algorithms (programs) for ngs data. Tried to find some here in the literature but didn't get anything out of it.
Can u help me?

If there is no review like this... hmmm this would be so bad.
