Reliable NGS bioinformatics service provider in Europe

    Hi,
We are looking for a reliable bioinformatics service provider , preferably in Europe, for analysis of whole exome, target re-seq and RNA-seq data. Any recommendations?

Also not in Europe but MGRC. They charge in Euros or sterling, so it shouldn't be a major problem being outside Europe.

have a look on the GoogleMap. Would you like to see a differentiator between commercial and academic service providers?

We have been thinking how we might make better use of the Map so users can get more than a visual representation of where stuff is. Feel free to send us ideas.

              Hi,
We do contract bioinformatics here at Fera (in York). If you fancy a chat send me a PM - I could give you a call to discuss if you'd like.
              Cheers,
              Rachel

You can try services with ABI-O-TECH . Their list of softwares for next gen sequence analysis is pretty comprehensive and exhaustive. Besides, they are very affordable and engage in whole genome and whole transcriptome analysis! Here are their list https://sites.google.com/a/iitdalumni.com/abi/codes . You can reach them by mailing at their CEO [email protected] .

                  Good luck.

                                by SEQadmin2

Genomics studies in neuroscience face a special challenge due to the brain’s complexity and scarcity of samples. Mapping changes in cell type and state using conventional next-generation sequencing methods remains challenging. Advances in technologies like single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and long-read sequencing have opened the door to deeper studies of the brain and diseases like Alzheimer’s, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and schizophrenia.

                                by SEQadmin2

Cancer survival rates have significantly increased in the last few decades in the United States, reaching a combined 70% 5-year survival rate by 2021. Behind this number, there are years of research to find new therapies, drug targets, and early detection methods. But there is one core challenge that keeps slowing down these advances, and it’s about drug resistance.

There is no single reason why many patients don’t respond to treatment as expected. Cancer is...
