Hi......I want to predict the structure of miRNA precursor. I tried viennafold package and mfold packages. I am able to predict the structure with my sequences. But I want to predict the structure in text format like
tt
aattgcc

ttaacgg
gg

and so on.......
can anyone help me in predicting the structure in text format.
