Use Capture Library in Human all exon 50MB kit and other Reagents 38MB kit?

Hi,
Can I use the Capture Library in Agilent sureselect Human all exon 50MB kit but use other reagents like SureSelect Target Enrichment Kit Box #1 and SureSelect Target Enrichment Kit PE Box #2 in 38MB kit?

I think it would be fine to use the RNA baits from the 50mb set and all of the other reagents from the 38mb set, but I can't be certain on that.
