    coverageBed: command not found

    Dear all,

    I am mapping one end mRNA sequencing on TOPHAT with human reference genome hg19.

    It looks like script worked partially and It has generated .BAM file of 7 million MB. But geneexpression.txt are empty.

    Here is the error file:
