Viewing multiple VCF files in Artemis

I am trying to visualise VCF files of several bacterial strains against my reference strain.
As per the instructions I supply artemis with a single file containing the full paths to the individual VCF files, however, only one VCF file is displayed. Each individual VCF file can be opened and displays correctly

Has anyone opened multiple VCF files in artemis?
