NGS library prep on crosslinked chromatin

Hi there,

I'm new here and to NGS and hopefully you guys can help me

Has anyone NGS library preps on crosslinked chromatin? I am having some issues with the ligation of the Illumina adapters to my chromatin, any suggestions?

I am currently using the NEB T4 ligase, a 1:10 dilution of the adapters and between 1-10 ug of chromatin. Similar to the HiC method I digest my chromatin and fill in the overhangs using Klenow (exo).
