    breakdancer instalation

    Folks I have very baisc problem with Breakdancer instalation. My working server is x86_64 centos 6. I downlaoded the package from http://sourceforge.net/projects/breakdancer/files/
    however I dont find any guidlines for further compilation and instalation. I have searched web as well Breadancer site but not of much help. Can some one who has succefuly instaled this tool summarize steps or point me to the instructions for instaling breakdancer.

      Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.
