Indexing in Homer

Hi

I am using Homer package for annotating my ChIP-Seq peaks. The species organism is Candida tropicalis. It is not present in the genome list of homer package and needs to be configured. I tried the configureHomer.pl -install option but it was of no use. Can someone please help.
