    Frequency of a species in HMP database

    Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of a database or table that has information on the frequency of particular species from the different HMP body sites?

    I was thinking of using 16S rDNA data that is in the HMP DACC dataset, but I'm unsure what tools would be best to determine the frequency of an organism. Is such information present in the metadata that comes with the 16S reads?

    Sorry if this is a dumb question -- I've never worked with 16S reads before!
