Am I missing any parameter. In the document, its written that sequences are generated. Any help will be highly appreciated.
This output is all you need ... It tells you that the sequences with index 208, 210, 211 and 212 are singletons, whereas the sequences 213, 161 and 406 form a cluster with the given parameters (note that defaultly counting starts from "0").
It's now up to you to extract the cluster-forming sequences from your input file and assemble them with cap3, phrap, MIRA or whatever assembler ...
