I'm looking for a tool for Identification of Structural Variations in exome sequencing.
Can you recommend me a friendly and reliable tool for linux?

Identification of Structural Variations in exome sequencing.

What sort of structural variations are you hoping to detect? Small indels within exons as well as retrocopied genes are detectable in exome sequencing data but the vast majority of structural variation occurs outside of regions targeted by exome sequencing and is not able to be detected no matter what tool/software is used.
