  • Great Offer: On-Site NGS Bioinformatics Courses

    On-Site Bioinformatics Courses

ecSeq provides bioinformatics courses in the field of Next-Generation Sequencing data analysis for both beginners and advanced researchers. The courses are designed and conducted by experts in the field with strong expertise in analyzing high-throughput sequencing data.

    On-Site Courses – customer-focused

You don’t have to travel far to get professional bioinformatics trainings from our experts. We bring our knowledge to you. Your team / organization will benefit from tailored trainings covering topics that are relevant to you and optionally using your own data. Together with you we design the perfect curriculum and suitable hands-on exercises so that your team members do not only have a confident understanding of the technology but are also able to take advantage of it practically. Our instructors are highly professional researchers, each an expert in a different field, allowing us to cover most of the current high-throughput sequencing applications.

    Your Benefits – innovative
    • You decide what you want to learn in the course
    • You define the size of the group
    • You control the speed of the course
    • You can use your own system and/or live dataset(s) · You get professional help on the spot
    • You save money (no travel costs)
    • You gain time (no arrival and departure day)

    Training Packages – comprehensive
    • Linux for Bioinformatics (1–2 days)
    • Perl for Bioinformatics (1–4 days)
    • R for Bioinformatics (1–4 days)
    • Genomic Data Visualization (1–2 days)
    • Genome / Transcriptome Assembly (1–2 days) • Introduction to NGS (2 days)
    • RNA-seq Data Analysis (2–3 days)
    • Small RNA-seq Data Analysis (2–3 days)
    • Methyl-Seq Data Analysis (2–3 days)
    • Standard and Non-Standard Transcript Detection (2–4 days)

    Procedure – adaptive

Please request an on-site training via our website www.ecseq.com or write an email to [email protected]. Together we prepare a specific course agenda based on the needs and interests of your team. You can choose between available training packages and specify additional topics of interest. Based on your wishes, we will design a personalized course, select suitable experts and work out course materials. The training will be conducted on your site using either sample data provided by us or using one of your live datasets. You only need to take care of an auditory and the required hardware for your employees (laptops are sufficient).

    About Us – professional

Our bioinformatics team consists of research professionals with solid expertise in the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data. We are actively taking part in current research topics, with ongoing publications in high-impact journals. Our customers include large research organizations such as Max-Planck Institutes and Helmholtz Centres, universities, hospitals, as well as large biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

Since 2012 we run public workshops which are continually improved by integrating ideas and suggestions from our participants.
