Find the conserved region that includes SRRAQDFVQWLM. Immediately after this what is asparagine substituted for in the chicken?

So the answer is proline but after aligning the sequences and finding the conserved region how did you come to the conclusion that asparate is proline.

I think you may get some more (serious) responses if you are upfront that it is a homework assignment, and you try to explain how far you have gotten with the problem. Then people may be able to nudge you in the right direction. People here are always willing to help, but I think only after they've seen you tried putting in the work yourself.
