  • Convert CASAVA file to VCF

    Are there any tools to convert from the CASAVA file format to VCF? I would like to be able to view the output in IGV but I am having problems. Newbie in this kind of thing.

    I'm also looking for something that does that. But after looking and looking and seeing many people ask for this but no one answer, I've decided to write my own. Would you be interested in helping me test it?

      I have been looking for this too, when I contacted Illumina they said there was no way but the community has figured out how to do this and to refer to SeqAnswers!! but i don't see the thread..

        Has any one figured it out to parse cassava file to VCF. If yes, please post that information.
