  • How to assemible pacbio and 454 contif?

I have sequenced a bacteral using 454 and now get many 454 contig (format is xxxx.phd.1). Now I use pacbio to sequence it again. I want to assemble them together. I do not have the 454 raw data and just have the assembled contigs. So I do not think Celera Assembler (CA) can do it. How should I do? Which software should I use?

    Thank You!!!
