Big Dye Left out all night

I am just a relief DNA Sequencer and filling in for this week. I'm new to the game...

I left some big dye out last night-about 15 hours at 25C-is it still good?

Suggestions?

I tested the stuff out on my pGEM control and it looked fine, so I decided to use it.

Divide it into small aliquots so you don't have to constantly freeze-thaw it. That tends to be thing that degrades enzyme the most. It also means that if you leave it out overnight you will at worst only ruin a small amount, and not your whole stock.
