Using the Beckman Coulter Biomek® FXp Span8/MC hybrid liquid handler on board protocol, users have the option of four size selection methods to create sequencing-ready libraries with insert sizes ranging from 150 bp to 700 bp. When used in conjunction with the NEXTflex-96™ DNA Barcodes, up to 96 uniquely barcoded samples can be simultaneously prepared with minimal set up time.
