I'm a graduate student in Bioinformatics at Boston University. I'm with the graduate partnership with NIH so I'm doing my thesis at the National Cancer Institute. I'm working on miRNA profiling in neuroblastoma samples using nextgen technology. I have Solexa data and our lab is getting a Solid machine to test out, so I'll have a lot more data coming.
