exon and intron numbers of genes

Hi All,

Please excuse me if this is going to be a repeat of any earlier post, I have been searching through various posts thinking someone must have asked this before but couldn't find.
I have a bed file with genomic coordinates and I want to match with gene structure to find the exon and intron numbers of a gene that match/overlap the coordinates. Thanks for reading the post, I really appreciate for taking your time.

PeakAnalyzer will do it for you. If you work with human or mouse genome the annotation is also provided within the program.
