Downloading all mouse genes and up/downstream seuences

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure if the question fits here.
I want to download all the known genes of Mouse with 5000bp upstream and downstream sequences.
Is there any particular databases or any programs/scripts that can do that for me?

Check out Ensembl BioMart:

You can choose if you want coding sequence, exons, cDNA, flanking regions etc. Then just click on results Can take up to some hours, but no scripting is needed!
