  • Need help with MHC-1 & 2 HLA binding prediction for multiple sequences and alleles.

I'm predicting the HLA binding affinity's for MHC 1 and MHC 2 for multiple alleles and sequences for roughly 78 mutant sequences and it's taking forever by hand. Can anyone assist me with a faster method for conducting this rather than doing one at a time. I've been using http://tools.immuneepitope.org/mhci/ and it just takes forever to obtain the results for each one.
