Arabidopsis gtf file with tss and p ids

Hi all,

I'm looking for Arabidopsis gtf file with the tss_is and p_id attributes. all the links I've tried so far seems to lack these fields. I know it is possible to create it with cuffcompare but I rather download it. I've tried Enseble and TAIR and illumina. Does anyone have a link for such file.

GTF files (both NCBI and Ensembl, TAIR9 and 10) from the iGenomes site have the tss_id and p_id fields.
