How to install xgawk

Hi,

This is Shrujan, i have a problem while running RNA Sequencing QC. It shows an error that xgawk is not found. So please help me installing the xgawk.

Please don't post additional questions. You seem to be struggling to install dependencies for quite a few tools. You don't seem to be very familiar with Linux and I would advise you to Google the errors you receive rather than post every failure on SeqAnswers, as these are not bioinformatics questions but ones of systems administration.
