Ninblegen SeqCap Pre and Post PCR Oligos ?

Do you now if i can use Post LM PCR OLigos 1&2 instead Pre LM PCR Oligos 1&2 in the Pre-Capture PCR amplification ?

No, you cannot do this. You must use Precapture-LM-PCR oligos in pre-capture LM-PCR amplification
