High Rox's role?

I would like to know which the role of the High rox added to KAPA SYBR® FAST qPCR for librairies quantification ?

Hi Ahmed

Depending on the instrument you use, ROX (either High or Low) may be required as a passive reference dye to effectively normalise your quantification results.
