Using ThruPLEX DNA-Seq Kit with Illumina

I want to use a ThruPLEX DNA-Seq Kit for generating a library prep from FFPE samples. I'm also planning to use it in conjunction with an Illlumina Nextera Rapid capture Enrichment kit for Exome sequencing on a HiSeq 2500. If anyone has any experience in using the ThruPLEX kit or doing anything like this any guidance would be great,

Library prepared with that kit is not compatible with Nextera Rapid Capture kits. However, you may use it with other capture methods as indicated in their website.
