Help with SciPy installation

Hi all,
I'm not much of a coder - I am trying to install scipy on Cygwin (Win 7 machine), but I aam faced with this error:
I tried using :
apt-cyg install python-numpy python-scipy python-matplotlib ipython ipython-notebook python-pandas python-sympy python-nose

and it went on fine until the end where it says : Installing python-scipy
Package python-scipy not found or ambiguous name, exiting

Can someone help me with this in telling me what I should do?
