I have a small dataset containing five genes and their expression at 20 different time points, I want to construct the transcriptional regulatory network based on the data. Are there any tools or tutorials available to do this? I would much prefer tutorials.

Do your genes have impact on each others? If I understand well, the only data you have are mRNA levels, no protein levels, etc...
If your genes are transcriptional regulators, and making some assumptions that the mRNA levels directly reflect the active form of the protein levels, then maybe it is possible (i actually had a project like that 15 years ago but we had the mutants of each gene so we could infer the regulatory network between 5 transcriptional factors)
