I am using UNITE database for fungal metagenome analysis and I have few queries.
1.What is the Species Hypotheses (SH) threshold (0.5 to 3.0%) used in UNITE and if we have to change the threshold how can we change it ?
2.Is there any change in annotation if we change the threshold ?
3.On what basis the default (1.5%) is defined ?
4.What is the optimal threshold that can be used to analyse the fungal metagenome data ?
