Hello,
I have created a situation where I only have enough reagents to add approximately 1/5 of the primers recommended (pre optimized by Illumina) for a library amplification step (to each well of a plate). Will the amplification still work? I am going to use lower DNA input so as to not 'dilute out' the primers, there are two different input amounts which can be used, I am opting for the lower.
