Offering Extra PGM Supplies

Hey guys,

My lab has collected a surplus of certain PGM supplies that we don't use or use so infrequently it is clogging up our storage. Is anyone interested in annealing buffer, syringes for line clears, chlorite tablets, or sequelprep normalization plates? We have a TON of these. We may also have some expired sequencing solution kits, chef solution kits, etc. that we can't use because our work is commercial but if any institutions are interested in them for noncommercial purposes or anything, I can check how many we have and would be happy to send them. It would be awesome if we could get rid of some of this stuff and find a good home for it.

Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.
