    Chloroplasts sequenced on NextSeq?

We have a client who wants to sequence chloroplasts (plastids) but from my reading, it seems like he's going to need longer reads than the NextSeq can produce. Am I correct?

    The TL;DR part.
He plans to enrich for plant plastids, and from research I've done, it looks like the best case scenario using short reads is to get plastids in four contigs, with the two repeated regions essentially unusable, unless he has some great software I've not heard about. I don't want to promise what I cannot deliver, so I'm asking here, hoping for advice.

    Thanks,
    Peter
