Help for AB WT Analysis Pipeline(RNA seq)

it is a error when I use ab_wtp_v1.2.1_testData running split_read_mapper.sh -c myconfig.ini. I don't know using Java, so unable to look in detail the error messages.
    What does it mean?
    Can anyone help me?
    Thanks for your suggestions:

Without knowing much about your computing environment, I would say that you do not have your compute cluster set up correctly. Or perhaps Corona is not set up to work with your cluster. Can you run other Corona programs on your cluster?

It looks like a problem submitting your job to the PBS Scheduler. Are you running this on a cluster with PBS/Torque? I don't think their pipeline works without one of the two or three supported schedulers. It's one of the down-sides of the pipeline.

              hello

              I have successfully completed split_read_mapper.sh -c mapping_config.ini and ntr_finder.sh. But ntr_finder.sh -c ntr_config.ini run error.
              Thanks for your suggestions:

Nine Things a Sample Prep Scientist Thinks About Before Sequencing
                by SEQadmin2

I’m not a sequencing expert. I’m a purification scientist who uses NGS to evaluate workflows my group develops. With this perspective, we think about the sample first and the NGS workflow second. The sequencer is an exceptionally honest reporter, but it can only report on what you give it, so whether you get clean, interpretable data from an NGS workflow is largely determined before you begin.

Here are nine questions we think about, in roughly the order they matter, before...

From Collection to Sequencing: Why Sample Preparation and Preservation Define Sequencing Data
                by SEQadmin2

Data variability is still an issue in sequencing technologies despite the advances in reproducibility and accuracy of these platforms. But the problem does not originate in the sequencing itself, but in the previous steps, before the sample reaches the sequencer.

The first step is collection, followed by preservation and sample preparation for analysis. Most scientists overlook those steps, but not being careful might just be skewing the experiment’s results.
