CHIP Seq

I am a newbie in the field of ChIP.
I would like to know the approximate number of cells to start with for an effecient ChIP sequencing experiments.I understand that it even depends on the efficiency of the antibody used,But Ideally..I would like to know from the experienced people,Who already have lots of practical information about this.
