    Blast2GO problem with .dat saved files

    I have a .dat file that when I open it in blast2go it has 50.000 sequences... i run mapping, and in midle of the run I save the .dat file... then I close blast2go and next time I wanna open the more recent .dat file it only has 17.000 sequences... why??? where did the others go?

    I'm not sure, but I think that you need to run mapping until the end and then you can save the project.
