Hey folks

I am looking for example Helicos data to test my algorithms. Does anyone know any repository where I can download such data? Are they already on GEO?

If you want to look at transcriptome data, both tag and RNA-seq, go to http://www.plosone.org/article/info%...l.pone.0019287

From that paper: "Transcript counts for all channels used in this
analysis can be found in the GEO database under accession
GSE28123 and sequence reads are available at the Sequence
Read Archive under accession number SRP006040."
