Hi,
I am preparing for my first Nextseq run, so I am exploring Basespace.
I made up "test-samples" to just learn the process of setting up a run from biological sample input, to libraries, pools and finally runs. But I don't find a way to delete these samples/planned runs.
Basespace has a trash function, but it seems that the "move to trash" button only appears after a run was performed. I just want to clean my Basespace "Prep-Tab" before continuing with real samples. Do I overlook something?
And then I have a more complex question. Is there a resource somewhere which elaborates on the Run-Summary data or Charts of performed runs so that I can interpret them.
What I need is some "standards" for which values are indicating good or bad runs. For example, what are "ok" values for Cluster PF(%) or Phas/Prephas (%) from your experience.
thx
