    truseq libraries for nimblegen catpure

    Hi
    We've just started to used the truseq library prep for nimblegen exome capture. The NG capture protocol requires 1 ug of library but we can't seem to get more than 700-800 ng library?
    Interested to know if anyone else has had the same experience.

    In some cases we did get up to 1 ug Library product but mostly not. It is very much dependent on the quality of the genomic DNA
